Aileen is a strategic marketing and communications leader. Over a 30 year career Aileen has operated at leadership levels across multiple sectors to develop and deliver high-potential marketing transformations across SME’s and global corporates. Supporting her extensive experience Aileen has become both a chartered marketer and fellow of the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing). Putting her into an elite group of leaders. On a personal level Aileen’s father worked as a trainee mining surveyor for the coal board shortly before the formation of IOM offering a first-hand look into the challenges being faced in the workplaces.
