Join us as an Expert Witness

We are looking to expand our associate consultancy partners within our Expert Witness team.  Our associates provide expert opinion to the Court on behalf of the legal and insurance industries, in relation to Asbestos and/or Occupational Hygiene liability and industrial injury claims.

Candidates should have demonstrable senior level experience and knowledge of occupational hygiene and/or asbestos in consultancy, industry or regulation, and should preferably be Chartered Members or Fellows of the Faculty of Occupational Hygiene or hold Specialist Membership of the Faculty of Occupational Hygiene or equivalent qualifications and experience in their specialist field.

Professional expertise must be accompanied by a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of legislation and guidance in your particular field. Previous experience of writing expert witness reports for Court purposes and presenting evidence in legal forums would be advantageous although training will be provided where required.

Associate partners should have strong planning, oral communication and report writing skills coupled with a commitment to maintain the highest quality standards and to deliver excellent customer service.
